The chart drawing code has all been produced inhouse therefore we are able to provide original and innovative features.
Anti-aliasing
Vector charts and overlays are drawn anti-aliased to make them look much better.
Scrolling
All charts types can be smoothly scrolled - no jumping - which makes it much easier for users to keep track of their position and maintains the illusion of continuity.
Zoom
Whether using vector or raster charts, Henry can automatically zoom in or out and find the appropriate chart to use for a given display scale. In addition, raster charts can be magnified.
Window Size
All chart views in Henry can be resized so that they use as much or as little screen space as needed. You can even resize a chart across multiple monitors.
Chart Fade
If the objects on the chart are more important than the chart itself, with Henry it's possible to fade the chart to make the overlays more prominent.

ENC Lights and Safety Contours
Henry can combine the detail available in ENC format with the superior presentation and familiarity of ARCS by overlaying data provided in the S-57 format. This picture highlights the ENC light information for the light under the cursor, and shows the ENC 10 metre contour in red. As with other overlays, the ENC information can be switched on and off.
Custom Overlays
Using Henry's COM interface, it's possible to overlay your own data onto the charts. Your data could be imported as a set of labelled points or ships or a number of routes or polygon areas.
