Tim Douglas
Tim has been involved in the marine business for all his working life in a variety of different spheres. From Cunard Brocklebank conventional cargo shipping, via traditional sailing vessels to chart agency with the UKHO Felixstowe distributor which is how he met CherSoft in about 1996.
He has been involved in the introduction of CherSoft navigation software to a number of shipping lines and the installation of systems on their vessels.
He is often found at the local Rugby Club where he hopes to hang up his boots after playing one game with both his sons in 2011. His wife and daughter are both keen horsewomen and share the affections of the latest addition to the family, a cob called ‘Ted’.
